The Terrebonne Council on Aging will be closed Thursday and Friday due to the threat of a tropical disturbance in the Gulf of Mexico.
TCOA announced the closures this afternoon, citing that all senior center sites, lunch sites and activity centers will be closed.
This included Bayou Towers, Chauvin, Montegut, Shady Acres, Schriever, Elderly Housing/Shady Lane Apts., and the East Park Lunch Site.
TCOA will not be delivering home-delivered meals during the closure and no transportation services will be provided.
