Terrebonne Parish Animal Shelter is excited to announce, reduced cat adoption fees, starting today. Cats will be available for adoption for only $5 throughout the month on June. “Our cat adoption floor is FULL of wonderful animals looking for forever homes,” reads a statement from the shelter.
Adopted cats are provided with the following:
- health exam
- vaccinations
- dewormer
- appropriate testing
- microchip (including registration)
- spay/nuter
- one month supply of flea prevention
- one month supply of heat worm prevention
- starter bag of Hill’s Science Diet Food
The Terrebonne Parish Animal Shelter is located at 100 Government Street, in Gray. Adoption hours during the week are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Adoption hours on Saturdays are from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The shelter will not be open for intake on Saturdays.
