Exercise your little one’s mind and body at the Terrebonne Parish Fall StoryWalk! The event will be held from Monday Nov 1- Dec 3 at Westgate park, located off the Valhi Lagoon Crossing behind Coburn’s of Houma. This year’s story walk includes page-by-page signs featuring “Pete the Cat: Old MacDonald Had a Farm” by Jean Dean.

StoryWalk is a fun and innovative way for people of all ages to exercise their bodies as well as their minds. As you walk along the path you will encounter a story, page-by-page on individual signs. When you have reached the end of the path, you will have read the entire book!

Patrons can share their memories by tagging Terrebonne Parish Library facebook page and/or by using #Tplstorywalk hashtag!

The Storypark was made possible by the help of various partnerships including Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government, Healthy Communities, LSU AgCenter, Live Healthy Houma, Terrebonne Parish Library, and Terrebonne Parish Recreation.
