Terrebonne Parish School Board announced it will be adding 10 additional instructional minutes to every school in the district for the 2022-2023 school year. The update will go into effect in August and will continue everyday throughout the school year.

The addition of instructional minutes will allow five days to be banked. If more than than five banked days are used, October 14, October 17, and/or November 21 will be used as fall make up days. If needed, February 23, and/or February 24 will be used as spring make up days. The school year is scheduled to end on May 18, 2023, but will end according to how many days have been used.

Each school in the district will make an individual announcement, providing parents with updated information on school start and end times. For more information, contact your school, or visit Terrebonne Parish School District website or email info@mytpsd.com.
