Mathew Massey

“My favorite subjects are biology and math. I plan to expand my knowledge of these subjects as I pursue a bachelor’s degree in biology and go on to medical school to become a medical doctor. I have a passion to help others and a strong belief in the dignity of all life, especially the most vulnerable and hurting. I believe that being a doctor will allow me to use my gifts and do a great amount of good for others. I spend a lot of my time in volunteer efforts, including serving the local community through my time at Terrebonne General Medical Center and going out into the world to serve others like through my recent mission trip to Jamaica where I served the rejected and sick in their society. I plan to continue my service to others through these types of projects and keep an open mind to any new opportunities to help others during college and through my medical career.”
