Thibodaux Regional kicks off Ropes Going Wild fitness camp

Thibodaux Regional Fitness Center Ropes Going Wild fitness camp will kick off Tuesday, May 3 through Thursday, May 26, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Hosted by Chrisy Sago Myhand, the fitness camp will provide a high intensity-full body work experience that is guaranteed to make you sweat. The battle ropes class will combine strength and explosiveness, activating and integrating the major muscle groups for a complete, total-body workout.

The fitness camp will be held at the Thibodaux Regional Fitness Center, located at 726 N Acadia Road. Registration for the event can be completed by contacting Chrisy Sago Myhand at 985-493-4950.
