Sheriff Tim Soignet and Chief Dana Coleman held shift change on the courthouse steps this morning to commemorate the 20th anniversary of September 11th.
“While we are dealing with extensive devastation to Terrebonne Parish, Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office and Houma Police Department stand united for the people,” read the statement from their social media.
