Terrebonne Parish District Attorney Joe Waitz Jr. and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry have announced a free Opening Meetings, Public Records and Public Bid Law Seminar for the public on Sept. 24, 2019 at the Houma-Terrebonne Civic Center.
