A’ Coreyon Alantaz Poindexter, 1 month, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died Friday, October 10, at Oschner Foundation Medical Center.
He is survived by his parents, Indian Howard and Allanta Poindexter of Raceland, La.; grandparents, Stacy Howard and Theodore (Marshall) Turner of Raceland and Brian and Angela Marts of Larose, La.; and great-grandparents, Beverly Howard of Raceland, Wilbert Howard of Atlanta, Ga., and Sidney Poindexter Sr. of Raceland.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Edward Reed and Ernestine Jones.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 16, at Morning Star Baptist Church Cemetery in Raceland.
Kennedy Funeral Home of Raceland is in charge of the arrangements.
