Adam J. Triche, 78, a native of Lockport, La., and resident of Raceland, La., died at 1:06 p.m. Saturday, March 26, 2011.

Mr. Triche was a member of VFW Post 3665, Pipefitters Local 60, and a lifetime member of Marine Corp. He enjoyed camp life in Cocodrie.


He is survived by his wife, Joyce R. Triche; sons, Glenn (Susan), Kerwin (Janice) and Farley (April) Triche; daughters, Karen Triche and Brenda Hofstetter; 14 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Effie Soudelier Triche; son-in-law, Douglas Hofstetter; and sisters, Eve Cressionie, Sadie Brunet and Maude Guidroz.

He is buried at St. Mary’s Cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
