Houma man’s vision inspires annual race

December 31, 2013Agnes Bourgeois Adams, 92, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died Friday, Dec. 27, 2013.
She is survived by her son, Gary Adams; daughters, Cheryl Beasley and Patricia Adams; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alexander Adams; and parents, Mr. and Mrs. Theophile Bourgeois.
Visitation will be 9:30 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 2, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Raceland with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Falgout)
