Alden “A.J.” Bourgeois Sr., 64, a native of Thibodaux, La., and a resident of Gray, La., died Friday, June 25, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Evelena Schieffler Bourgeois; son, Alden Joseph Bourgeois Jr.; daughters, Connie Principe and Rebecca Bourgeois; sisters, Clara Leonard and Joyce Carter; 18 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mason J. and Vivian Boudreaux Bourgeois; and one brother, Mason Paul Bourgeois.
He is buried at St. Louis Catholic Church Cemetery in Bayou Blue.
