Alex Joseph “Pechon” LeBeouf, 85, passed away Sunday, October 28, 2018. He was a native of Grand Caillou, LA and resident of Montegut, LA.

Alex is survived by his children, Milton Almaraz, Jeannie A. Ward, John J. Almaraz Sr., Alexandria L. Bates, Patricia A. LeBeouf, and Casandra L. Wallace; sisters, Vernel Liner and Mona Callahan, 18 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Alex was a hard working fisherman and shrimper who provided for his family. He was the world’s best cook and always told people to “eat what you want and don’t be ashamed, it’s free, Blue.” He was a very loving husband, father and grandfather who had a good sense of humor. He loved to tell jokes, drink his beer and smoke his cigars. He rescently lost the love of his life, Peggy, and they are now united together forever in Heaven.

Alex will always be remembered and loved by all who knew him.
