Alfred Douglas, 64, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Las Vegas, Nev., died Friday, Jan. 3, 2014.
He is survived by his mother, Willie Mae Douglas; son, Dontrell Brown; daughters, Albertina and Setrina Douglas and Katisha Brown; brothers, Gilbert (Patricia), Melvin and Graham (Sybil) Douglas; sisters, Joyce Douglas and Sheliah Chester; and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gilbert Douglas Sr.; and one grandchild.
Visitation will be 8 to 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, at Community Funeral Home with services to follow. Burial will be at New Rising Sun Baptist Church Cemetery. (Community)
