Alfreda “Freda” Williams, 74, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Monday, March 21, 2011.
Mrs. Williams was a member of New Zion Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Arnold (Diana) Thomas Sr., and Melvin and Gregory (Janice) Williams; sister, Mary Coleman; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Ruth Dickerson Williams; one son, Wayne Williams; and her grandparents, Paul and Emma Going Dickerson.
She is buried at Deweyville Cemetery. (Gertrude Geddes Willis-Terrebonne)
