Alice Benoit, 91, a native of Labadieville, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011.
Mrs. Benoit was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church.
She is survived by her son, Percy Jr. (Nancy) Benoit; grandchildren, Bonnie Lavignette, Bernie and Tommy Benoit and Denise LeBlanc; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walta and Ernestine Gros; husband, Percy Benoit Sr.; daughter, Mary Authement; brothers, Bernie, Elmo, Herman, Percy, Gibert, Wilbert, Thomas and Wilson Gros; one granddaughter; and two great-grandchildren.
Burial was at Terrebonne Memorial Park. (Chauvin)
