Alice Mary Gregoire, 83, a native of Dulac, La., and a resident of Houma, La., died Monday, July 27, at 2:38 p.m.
She is survived by one brother, Nickless Gregoire of Dulac; seven sisters, Nora Smith of Houma, Theresa and husband August Solet of Dulac, Elda Gregoire of Houma, Eva Gregoire, Josephine and husband Antoine Parfait, Peggy and husband Adam Pontiff, and Cecile Gregoire, all of Biloxi, Miss.; and her pet cat Peppy.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John N. Gregoire and Mary Elda Lodrigue Gregoire; two brothers, Morris and Norris Gregoire; and two sisters, Virginia Dardar and Lillian Rodrigue.
She was Catholic and a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church.
Visitation will be 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 29, at Holy Family Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
