Alidore Joseph Mahler, 84, a native of Kraemer, Louisiana, and resident of Chackbay, Louisiana, died on July 1, 2014.
Mr. Mahler is survived by his wife of 59 years, Loredia Gros Mahler; children, Earl (Linda) Mahler, Mary Mahler, Thelma (Marty) Boudreaux, Anthony (fiancé Trish) Mahler; daughter-in-law, Dorraine Mahler; brothers, Albert Sr., Butley Sr. and Lester; sisters, Mabel Morvant, Gertrude Simoneaux, Henrietta Landry; six grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
Sons Norman and Kerman Mahler; his parents, Henry Sr. and Florestine Durocher Mahler; brothers, Claude Sr., Louis “Jack,” Henry Jr., Vincent and Norman; and sisters, Lousie Constant, Frances Ruelet and Jeanne Guidry preceded him in death.
Burial is at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church Cemetery.
