Alton P. Danos, 75, a native of Larose, La., and resident of Galliano, La., died Monday, Sept. 27, 2010.
Mr. Danos was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He was an oysterman for 25 years and enjoyed building pirogues, fixing lawn mowers and gardening.
He is survived by his son, Renia (Tracy) Danos; daughter, Anita (Tony) Duet; brother, Leroy Danos; and three grandchildren.
Burial was at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery.
