Alvin “Jack” Clarence Moore, 59, a native of Thibodaux, La., and a resident of Jackson, died Tuesday, Feb. 26.
He is survived by his sisters, Janet Moore and Connie Moore, both of Thibodaux; and brothers, Raymond Moore, Larry Moore and Johnnie Moore, all of Thibodaux.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Jr. and Everlina Moore; and his grandparents, Ernest and Amy Pharagood and Willie Sr. and Florence Moore.
He was Baptist.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 5, at St. Peter Baptist Church in Thibodaux with a religious service to follow. He will be buried at the church cemetery.
Kennedy Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
