Andrew Abel Adams Sr., 82, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Thursday, June 17, 2010.
He is survived by his sons, Michael (Suzanne) and Andrew (Deborah) Adams Jr.; daughter, Christine Adams; brothers, Melvin and Clarence Adams; sisters, Gertrude A. Boudreaux, Ruby A. Champagne and Lorraine A. Breaux; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dewey Adams and Lelia Barrilleaux Adams; one son, Keith Adams; one brother, Eldon Adams; and one sister, Mable A. Boudreaux.
He is buried at St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux.
