Angela “Angie” Loretta Phillip, 47, a native and resident of Donaldsonville, La., died Sunday, April 24, 2011 due to an automobile accident.
She is survived by her daughters; Telesia (Dexter) Armstead, and Crystal and Deliza Phillip; sons, Joshua and Lloyd Phillip; parents, Joseph and Verley Phillip; sisters, Contessor (John) Roussell, Diana (Roland) Rainey, Eleanor, Hilda and Alesia Phillip, Sharon (Jules) Hampton, Crystal (Elton) Miller, Tameko Allen, Antionette Dominique and Monique Simmons; brothers, Joseph Phillip Jr. and Manuelle Flemming; companion, Alex Jones Sr.; 10 grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Cathy Clark; four brothers, Jerome, Jeffery I, Jeffery II and Jimmy Phillip; nephew, William Roussell; maternal grandparents, Rev. Freddie Bell Sr. and Deola Wilson Bell; and paternal grandparents, Raymond and Mary Phillip.
She is buried at Protestant Cemetery. (Williams & Southall)
