Kennedy blasts high cost of Louisiana living

Angelo Paul Roberts, Jr., 59, a native and resident of Chauvin, La., died Friday, October 5, 2007, at 12:05 p.m.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Thibodaux Roberts; his mother, Jeannette Babin; one son, Ryan Roberts and his wife Tricia; one daughter, Rebecca Roberts; two sisters, Loretta Adams and Sandra Breaux; and one grandchild, Tyler Roberts.
He was preceded in death by his father, Angelo Roberts, Sr.; and his daughter Jill Roberts.
Angelo was a devout Catholic and a parishioner at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Chauvin. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. He was an employee of Mariner Energy, Inc.
He is buried in St. Joseph Church Cemetery in Chauvin.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of the arrangements.
