Ann “Geri” Fanguy Rhodes, 71, a native of Chauvin, La., and a resident of Bourg, La., died Saturday, August 23, at 10:20 p.m.
She is survived by her husband, Wilbert Paul Rhodes; daughters, Maria Seay and husband Kenneth “Kenny” and Michelle Rhodes; sisters, Inez Dougherty and Cecile Fabre; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James P. and Eula Pellegrin Fanguy; sons, Thomas and Allen Rhodes; brother, Carrol Fanguy; and sister, Thelma Amedee.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 27, at St. Ann Catholic Church with mass to follow. She will be buried at the church cemetery.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of the arrangements.
