Lafourche council shoots down Company Canal deal

June 10, 2010Annell P. Baye, 91, a native of Lafourche Parish and resident of Thibodaux, La., died at 10:42 a.m. Wednesday, June 2, 2010.
She was a homemaker and a parishioner of St. Genevieve Catholic Church.
She is survived by sons, Kenneth, Jimmy and Stanley Baye; daughters, Peggy Authement and Judy Jennings; sisters, Alberta Tassin, Betty Shavor and Annabell Pitre; 11 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and five step-great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Baye is buried in St. Joseph Cemetery.
