Annie Marie Babin Lovell, 90, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Monday, January 21, 2008, at 1:55 p.m.
She is survived by her son, Richard J. Lovell of Houma; one daughter, Betty Guste and husband, Ronald, of Houma; one sister, Rita Rogers of Houma; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Anderson J. Lovell Jr.; her parents, Clovis Babin Sr. and Clara Darcey Babin; three brothers, Gilbert Babin, Hubert Babin and Clovis Babin Jr.; and five sisters, Vernita Foret, Lena Pierce, Jeanette Babin, Dorothy Douglas and Dolly Olivier.
Annie was a homemaker and a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.
Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 28, 2008, at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral with mass to follow. She will be buried in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 1.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
