Antoine “Larry” Scioneaux, 63, a native of Vacherie, La., and a resident of Houma, La., died peacefully after a battle with leukemia Thursday, April 30, at 3:40 a.m.

He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Linda Scioneaux; step-children, Sherry Pellegrin and husband Cord, Raymond Voisin and wife Roxanne, and Bridgette Foret and husband Tyson; brother, Berris Scioneaux; sister, Jackie Breaux; step-grandchildren, Michael, Kimberly, Candace, Cortney, Tyler and Madison; step-great-grandchild, Kayden Liner; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.


He was preceded in death by his parents, Harris Scioneaux and Cecile Simon; and sister, Katheline Gautreaux.

Visitation will be 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 5, at Thibodaux Funeral Home chapel with the funeral service to follow. Burial will be at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
