Antoinette LaCaze “Nee Serio”, 75, a native of Oak Park, Ill., and Bensenville, Ill., former resident of Vacherie, La., died Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010.

She is survived by sons, Martin (Mary), Robert and Michael (Christine) LaCaze; daughter, Mary Ann (Steven) Boutillette; brother, Anthony Serio; and eight grandchildren, Nicole DevlescHoward, Anthony, Michael Jr. and Stephanie LaCaze, and Rebecca, Christina, Vincent and Henry Boutillette.


She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady L. LaCaze; his parents, Mary and Joseph Serio; and brothers, Leo, Joseph and Vincent Serio.

Mrs. LaCaze is buried at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church Cemetery in Vacherie.

Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
