Armand “A.J.” Lirette, 54, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Saturday, January 3.
He is survived by one son, Corey Lirette; his mother, Joyce D. Lirette; two brothers, Maurice Lirette Jr. and wife Peggy, and Gregory Lirette and wife Barbara; and numerous relatives.
He was preceded in death by his father, Maurice Lirette Sr.; and his grandparents, Nicholas and Elizabeth Lirette and Armand and Mildred Duplantis.
He was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tuesday, January 6, at St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Houma with mass to follow. Burial will be at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
Landry’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
