Arthur J. “Butch” Bielkiewicz Jr., 86, a native of Marksville, La., and resident of Galliano, La., died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013.
Mr. Bielkiewicz was a dedicated farther and grandfather. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Golden Meadow Rotary Club. He was the manager of Gulfco Finance Company in Golden Meadow, La., for 32 years.
He is survived by his daughter, Glenda (Welton) Curole; sister, Lucille (Dennis) Robertson; one grandchild; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wava Bielkiewicz; parents, Arthur Sr. and Elvira Bielkiewicz; brothers, Wilbert and Sylvan Bielkiewicz; and sisters, Verdie Lemoine and Bertha Gagnard.
Burial is at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
