Arthur “Wolfeman” Lawerence Swing, 55, a native of Terrebonne Parish and a resident of Dularge, La., died at 9:35 p.m. Monday, May 26.
He is survived by his daughter, Roxanne Swing; brothers, Freddie Swing of Houma, La., Eward Lee Swing of Morgan City, La., Kenneth Swing of Dallas, Tx., and Tiki Swing of Raceland, La.; sisters, Earline Swing, Leola Swing of Houma, Maryola Messiah, Kathy Warren, Jeanette White, Alberta Carter, Cementres Wolfe, Mary Brown, Mable Williams of Houma, Stephanie Fusilier of Dallas, Donna Swing of Houston, Tx., and Amy Swing of Denver, Co.; and one grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Swing and Abbie Mae Taylor; brothers, Robert, Moses and John Paul Swing; sisters, Verna Harding, Yvonne Saulsberry, Nancy Harvey, Mable Stanfield and Melvian Swing; and his grandparents, Lawerence Taylor and Mary Taylor, Wash Swing and Nancy Swing.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, May 30, at Community Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 31, at the funeral home. He will be buried at Southdown Cemetery.
Community Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
