Audrey Evelyn Thomas-Mart, 79, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and resident of Gray, La., died Thursday, March 6, 2014.
She is survived by her sons, Amos Thomas and Chad Mart; daughters, Evangeline Collins, Lauren Bush, Phadra Navy, Chrishauna Mart and Andrea Hayes; sister, Laura Lee; brother, Earl Thomas; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Berwick Hayes and Clarence Mart; daughter, Angel Mart; parents, Julius and Laura Thomas; siblings, Rev. Wilbert, Rev. Jules, Rev. Ulysses, Otis and Warren Sr. Thomas, Naomi Jack and Ruth Franklin; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, March 15, at Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Gray with services to follow. Burial will be at Halfway Cemetery. (Jones)
