Barbara Adams

Barbara Adams, 59, a native and resident of Lockport, La., died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2010.

She is survived by her daughter, Leslie Picou Cortez of Thibodaux; and brothers, Philip, Charles and Robert Adams, all of Lockport.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carlton Sr. and Gertrude Barrios Adams; and brother, Carlton Adams Jr.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, and from 8 to 10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 19, at Falgout Funeral Home in Lockport. A Mass will follow at 11 a.m. Friday at Holy Savior Catholic Church.

Mrs. Adams is buried at Holy Savior Catholic Church Mausoleum.

Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
