Barbara Anne Brunet, 65, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Monday, February 4, 2008, at 8:30 p.m.
She is survived by her brother, Horace Brunet and wife, Mercedes Authement Brunet, of Montegut, La.; and godchildren, Lisa Bergeron of Mississippi, Rebecca Billiot of Pointe-aux-Chenes, La., and Loretta LeBouef of Chauvin, La.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Palinaire Brunet and Odelia Naquin Brunet; and brothers, Norman Brunet and Raymond Brunet.
Barbara was a homemaker and a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, February 07, 2008, at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Chauvin and 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 8, 2008, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with mass to follow. She will be buried in the church cemetery.
Chauvin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
