Berdine Gobert Verdun, 86, a native and resident of Patterson, La., died Tuesday, July 2, 2013.
She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Prevot and Belinda Verdun; son, Eric (Mary) Verdun; sisters, Mardell Burgess, Anna Vining, Geraldine Verdun and Enola Walker; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Adam Verdun; parents, Joseph and Zenobia Gobert; sisters, Senora Lima and Gertrude Pellerin; and brothers, George and Nicholas Gobert.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, July 6, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Ibert’s)
