Betty Curole Guidry, 78, a native and resident of Cut Off, Louisiana, died Sunday, July 13, 2014.
Mrs. Guidry is survived by her husband of 59 years, Hecton J. “Roy” Guidry; daughters, Inez (David) Badeaux and Julie (John III) Erny; brothers, Herbert and Roy Curole; sisters, Rose Rouse, Jeanette Garrison, Velma Bennet; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ecton Curole Sr.; mother, Edith Pitre Curole; brothers, Ecton Jr. and Elmo “Bob-Bo” Curole; and sister, Laura Mae Pitre.
Visitation will be held at Samart-Mothe Funeral Chapel in Cut Off, from 9 until funeral time, on Wednesday, July 16. Funeral services will be held in the chapel at 11 a.m..
Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
