Beulah Bergeron Dufrene, 85, a native of Lockport, La., and resident of Bayou Gauche, La., died Saturday, Aug. 14, 2010.
Mrs. Dufrene was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by her sons, Lucky and Sterling; daughters, Phyllis Dufrene; brother, Charles Bergeron; sister, Florence Ness; 20 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Dufrene; parents, Irvin and Mathilde Touro Bergeron; three sons, Cornel, Gilbert Jr. and Marty Dufrene; daughter, Sibyl Matherne; two brothers, Allen and Roland Bergeron; and one sister, Mildred “Micky” Langhoff.
She is buried at Holy Savior Cemetery.
