Bill Sullivan, 77, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Mount Olive, Miss., died at 8:59 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011.
Mr. Sullivan was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, a family man, an avid sportsman and member of University of Southern Mississippi Hall of Fame.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Alma Sullivan; daughters, Paige, Pennie and Peggy; brother, Don; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Barney and Lydie Sullivan; and brother, Joe Sullivan.
Burial was at New Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery in Mize, Miss. (Falgout)
