Blake Borne, 25, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died Tuesday, January 27.
He is survived by his wife, Crystal Gauthreaux Borne; parents, Jeffrey M. Borne and step-mother Diane Borne, and Debra Guidry and step-father Joe Guidry; sons, Benjamin Kellner and Esajas Borne; brother, Jonathan Guidry; sisters, Kelli Guidry and Alisia Borne; step-brother, Bronson Adair; step-sister, Tisa Gaudet; and grandparents, Roland and Mazel Borne and Elaine Larrabee.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Remy Simon Jr.
He was a faithful member of the House of Prayer United Pentecostal Church. He was loved by everyone who knew him.
Visitation will be 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Thursday, January 29, at House of Prayer in Thibodaux with a religious service to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
