Brenda Ann Lirette, 61, a native and resident of Pointe-Aux-Chenes, Louisiana, died Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015.
Mrs. Lirette is survived by her husband, Richard Lirette; daughter, Sheriff (Neil) Harshman; three grandchildren, Owen, Koby and Jada Harshman; father-in-law, Delvin “Pappoose” Lirette Sr.; brother-in-law, Delvin (JoAnna) Lirette Jr.; and sisters-in-law, Eleanor and Ida Lirette.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marceline and Viola Dupre; brother, Junius “NoNonk” Dupre; brothers-in-law, Lyle Lecompte and Dudley Faciane; and grandparents, Mentor Rodrigue, Fabiola Justine Neal, Alfred Dupre and Augustine Ledet.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Jan. 7, at St. Joseph Borromeo Church in Pointe-aux-Chenes. Burial is at St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery.
