Brenda Pitre

Brenda F. Pitre, 52, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Lafourche Parish, died Sunday, Dec. 6, 2009.

She is survived by her husband, Leander Pitre Jr.; mother, Burnita Fontenot; daughters, Amber and Angel Bourgeois and Aimee Fontenot; stepdaughters, Amy, Mary Lee and Jenny Thibodaux; brother, Mark Fontenot; sister, Belinda Benoit; and nine grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Belvin “Pete” Fontenot.

Mrs. Pitre is buried at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church Cemetery in Thibodaux.
