Brunella Bourg Freeman, 62, a native of Houma, La., and a resident of Vacherie, La., died Friday, July 4.
She is survived by her companion, Nolan Simon; one son, Don Bourg and wife, Wendy; three brothers, Randolph Bourg and wife, Alice, Eldon Bourg Sr. and wife, Hope, and Leroy Bourg; one sister, Vanola Dumond, and companion Douglas Rodriguez; and one grandchild, Donovan Bourg.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kermit “Kojak” Freeman; her parents, Wallace and Elda Pellegrin Bourg; and three brothers, Magnus Bourg, Easton Bourg and Edgar Bourg.
She was buried at Rogers Cemetery in Houma.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of the arrangements.
