Callie Steele, 69, a native of Houma, La., and resident of Morgan City, La., died Wednesday, March 14, 2012.
She is survived by her daughter, Sylvia (Robert) Kemp; brother, Richard Steele; sisters, Olivia Steele and Joyce Parrish; granddaughter, Jada Steele; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Callie Steele; and sister, Edna Steele.
Burial was at Morgan City Cemetery. (Jones)
