Carla Bernard Sapia, 34, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died Monday, Jan. 6, 2014.
She is survived by her children, Lance, Katelyn and Chance Sapia; parents, Edwin Sapia and Patricia Bernard; brother, James Bernard; and sister, Bessie Ardenas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Sapia; and brother, Edwin Bernard.
Visitation will be 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport, La., with burial at the church cemetery. (Falgout)
