Carolyn Theresa Arceneaux, 46, a lifelong resident of Morgan City, La., died Sunday, Nov. 14, 2010.
Mrs. Arceneaux was a lively, friendly, outgoing spirit that never met a stranger. She loved to dance, play cards with friends and enjoyed her work and co-workers at Arden Enterprises (ACE Transportation) where she was employed. She cooked and cared for her husband of 30 years and the two sons they brought into this world. They all agreed that she was a good cook and didn’t have a mean bone in her body. Carolyn loved her family and was recently blessed with a granddaughter, Mary Grace Marie Arceneaux, that she could enjoy spoiling.
She is survived by her husband, Troy Arceneaux; sons, Brandon (Kimberly) and Gregory (Kayla Mire of Berwick); one granddaughter, Mary Grace Marie Arceneaux; brother, R. J. Menard Jr.; nephew and Godson, Seth John Menard; sister, Nedra M. Daigle; and her in-laws, Kenneth and Shirley Arceneaux.
She was preceded in death by her parents, R. J. Sr. and Marie Gregory Menard.
She is buried at Morgan City Cemetery.
