Casey Elizabeth Gauthreaux, 7, a native and resident of Thibodaux, La., died at 11:15 a.m. Sunday, October 26, at Ochsner Foundation Hospital in New Orleans, La.
She is survived by her parents, Kevin and Martha Rahm Gauthreaux of Thibodaux; two brothers, Edward “Eddie” Vincent Gauthreaux and Luke Richard Gauthreaux of Thibodaux; and two grandmothers, Marie Orgeron Rahm of Thibodaux and Claire “P’nut” Marse Gauthreaux of Vacherie, La.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather; Vincent D. Rahm; her paternal grandfather, Edward B. Gauthreaux; two uncles, Dale Gauthreaux and Rickie Rahm; and one cousin, Sgt. Jay Gauthreaux.
She was a student at St. Joseph Elementary Catholic School. Memorial donations are requested for the St. Joseph Elementary Building Fund.
She was buried at St. Joseph Co-cathedral Cemetery in Thibodaux.
Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
