Cecile Davaine Lirette, 72, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Lawrence Lirette Sr.; sons, Dale Sr. (Sherry) and Ray Sr. (Kimberly) Lirette; daughter, Wanda Guilbeau; brothers, Joseph (Mary), Elton (Shirley) and Clifton (Tina) Davaine; sister, Adele Fitch; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charley and Sadie Davaine; and son, Lawrence Lirette Jr.
Interment was at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church Cemetery. (Falgout)
