July 8, 2013Celeste Leblanc Bertrand, 76, a native and resident of Franklin, La., died Tuesday, July 2, 2013.
Mrs. Bertrand was a graduate of St. John Academy and SLI (ULL). She spent her life as a housewife and mother which included 21 years caring for a special needs child.
She is survived by her husband, Patrick Bertrand; sons, Bob (Pam), Bill, Tom (Lisa) and Phillip; daughter, Beth; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Mike; parents, Randolph and Corinne Leblanc; and brothers, Randy and Charles.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, July 13, at Church of the Assumption with services to follow. Interment will be at Franklin Mausoleum. (Ibert’s)
