Charles J. Bussey, 76, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Tuesday, February 17.
He is survived by his daughter, Donna Rainey and husband Mark of Amite, La.; brothers, Stanley Bussey II and wife Carmen, Robert Bussey, Richard Bussey and wife Lorna, Floyd Bussey and wife Shirley, Morris Bussey and wife Sue, and Jimmy Bussey and wife Kim; sisters, Hazel Schexnayder, Jeanette Lirette, Ann Damron and Kathy Schertler; grandchildren, Candace Miller and Mark Rainey Jr.; and great-grandchildren, Michael and Matthew Guilliot.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Rita LeBoeuf Bussey; parents, Stanley J. Bussey and Nora Songe Bussey; son, Charles Anthony Bussey; brother, Jerry Bussey; and sister, Shirley Bussey.
No services are scheduled.
Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of the arrangements.
