December 19, 2011Cheryl Jenkins Lyons, 55, a native and resident of Raceland, La., died at 12:05 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, 2011.
She is survived by her husband, Lyies Lyons Jr.; father, Wilber Jenkins; sons, Tylor (Dana), Destin, Dustin, Chance and Lyies (Alisha) Lyons; daughters, Michelle Robichaux, Jennica (Beau) Comardelle, Jamie Lyons and Kylie Badeaux; brother, Michael Jenkins; sisters, Jolene Pech and Deborah Itschner; 17 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Marietta Ludlow; daughter, Corie Robichaux; and one grandchild.
Visitation will be 5 to 10 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma, La., and 9 to 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 19, at Faith Baptist Church in Houma with services to follow. Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery in Raceland. (Falgout)
